Prior to any exterior painting, a detail pressure wash is essential for long lasting results. From removing loose paint chips to clean surfaces from dirt, it makes a big difference for primer and paint to bond well to the surface that will be painted. When doing wood staining, pressure washing has to be consistent on surface, keeping the gun at same distance so you get the same tone on the wood. If you are not consistent with the distance when pressure washing, you will get wood with different tones and this will be noticeable when applying the stain. Wide fan tip is recommended for wood pressure washing. Smaller fan tips can potentially damage the wood.
We also offer pressure washing services in general. Contact us and ask us about our hourly rates.
Note: If you have Lead base Paint on your house exterior surfaces, you should not pressure wash it. We are certified to work with lead base paint and will take the proper procedures to work on your exterior project so you and your family are safe.
